Kindergarten begins at age 5 in thematic learning classrooms. The activities are “hands on”, focused on the State Standards and are integrated to support developmentally appropriate education. Specialists visit the classroom to provide enrichment. The kindergarten schedule is all day every-day. Bus transportation is provided.  The curriculum focuses on readiness activities to strengthen one's listening, attention span, socializing skills, and academic abilities. Students are assessed at least three three a year to determine first grade readiness. Low class size is a priority.
