The school district shall participate in the Enrollment Options Program established by state law.

The superintendent shall be responsible for procedures for enrollment of nonresident students including eligibility, standards that may not be used for rejection, application process, and exclusion of students.

Exchange students living with school district residents will be admitted as district students tuition free.
