The superintendent shall be responsible for the implementation of school board policies and to recommend additions or modifications.

The administration is authorized to develop guidelines and directives to implement school board policies.  These guidelines shall be subject to review by the school board and available in the district office.

Employee and student handbooks shall be reviewed annually by appropriate administrators.  School principals and other administrators who have handbook responsibilities shall present recommended changes necessary to reflect new or modified policies and procedures.  The superintendent shall present employee and student handbooks to the school board for review and approval.
